We’re kicking off a six-part series with an evening dedicated to the foundations of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD)!
In this first session, you’ll:
Learn what hEDS & HSD are and how they affect the body
Explore the process of getting a diagnosis
Understand common co-occurring conditions
Connect with others who “get it”
Build confidence in navigating hypermobility
Whether you’re at any stage of diagnosis, supporting a loved one, or simply curious about these often-misunderstood conditions, this session is a welcoming place to learn, ask questions, and feel less alone.

Session Two:
Stress strategies and mental health impacts
November 20, 2025 from 6:30–8:00 pm CST

In this session, we’ll explore what stress really is — how our bodies perceive it, why those with hEDS/HSD may experience it differently, and what we can do to regulate and restore balance.

Together we will explore ways to tune into the body, calm the nervous system, support emotional-wellbeing, and create space for everything that comes up with the ongoing demands of chronic conditions.

Session Three:
Pain, CRPS, and Management Strategies
December 17, 2025 from 6:30–8:00 pm CST

Pain with hEDS & HSD can be complex, layered, and deeply personal. In this session, we will unpack some of what's happening in the body when pain persists, how central sensitization and CRPS (Complex regional pain syndrome) can develop, and how a broad spectrum of conventional and holistic strategies can help support pain management.

hEDS & HSD Moves: Exercise and Movement

Movement can be one of the most confusing, as well as powerful, parts of living with hEDS & HSD. In this session, we will explore how to move safely and confidently, support joint stability, and find forms of activity that feel nourishing and stabilizing.

Explore strength building and pacing strategies that support long term function

Together we will reimagine movement as a practice of care, stability, and trust. Building strength in awareness of the hypermobile body's unique needs.

Session Five:
Hormones, Nutrition, & Whole-Body Support

Nutrition and hormones are deeply interconnected—and for those living with hEDS or HSD, that relationship can feel especially complex. Between food sensitivities, GI symptoms, fluctuating energy, pain, menstrual cycles, perimenopause, and medication effects, it’s common to feel unsure of what your body needs or how to support it consistently.
In this session, we’ll explore how nutrition and hormonal shifts influence connective tissue, the nervous system, inflammation, pain, and overall resilience, using a compassionate, whole-body lens.
